A Certificate of Proficiency is a comprehensive eight week training program that equips the trainee with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will enable him/her to be more productive and marketable. This program covers basic and fundamental topics in different business areas such as, Accounting and Financial Reporting, taxation, Risk Management and many others.
The program also provides training in specialised industries such as insurance, banking, microfinance and management of Non-Profit Organisations. The program is conceived in such a way that it ensures that graduates will be able to successfully work in the formal or self-employment sector upon completion.
DURATION
This is an eight week program, (40 days) and the registration is open throughout the month and the learning for the chosen program begins just with the start of the following month.
ATTENDANCE MODE
The program is taught both online and in physical attendance at SHI’s training Center, Kimironko, TRIUMPH HOUSE , 3rd Floor. However, the final examination shall be conducted in physical attendance at SHI’s training Center, Kimironko, TRIUMPH HOUSE , 3rd Floor.
COST
The total fee for the program varies between Frw 300,000 and Frw400,000 depending on the chosen speciality. Fee is payable once upon registration. Fee includes the cost for tuition, program materials, assessment and certificate.
